All advertising placements with JSL Publishing Group LLC, publisher of UNPLUG Magazine, are subject to the following terms and conditions. Submission of an advertisement or insertion order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

Advertisers agree that all materials must meet publication specifications and deadlines as outlined by JSL Publishing Group.

 

JSL Publishing Group reserves the right to reject, revise, or cancel any advertisement that does not align with our editorial standards or brand guidelines. Placement requests will be honored when possible but are not guaranteed unless specified in writing.

 

Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the insertion agreement. Cancellations or changes must be made in writing prior to the advertising closing date. Advertisers assume full responsibility for the accuracy and content of submitted materials and agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSL Publishing Group LLC, its affiliates, and partners against any claims arising from published content.

 

By advertising with UNPLUG Magazine, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions as binding under JSL Publishing Group LLC’s advertising policy.
